PEARLS Tea was birthed from a vision God gave me after hosting a "Wisdom Tea" for my niece who was getting married in December 2022. At this tea, the matriarchs and ladies in the family attended and were asked to partake in imparting "nuggets of wisdom" into her life before she said, "I do." Today, she is married to a wonderful man of God, and they were blessed with their beautiful daughter in September 2023.

But God!

On September 16, 2023, I heeded God's vision and presented my first PEARLS Tea at my home church Grace Covenant Church - Brookland in Washington, DC. It was truly a blessing to see God’s spirit moving in and through every lady in attendance. 

The PEARLS Tea events are opportunities to unwrap the book with other women (young and old) seeking to find their "authentic" selves through God's eyes and not man's. The intimate Tea setting provides moments where the ladies begin to release unwanted thoughts and characteristics as we move through the process of restoring and renewing our faith and hope in God or learning how God sees us for the first time. It’s also a time to bring clarity to the season you are moving through at that time in your life.

Now, the PEARLS Tea will follow one of our Virtual Book Clubs hosted in different cities each month. The PEARLS Tea events are listed on the PEARLS Event Calendar.
